The particularity of our cocktail creations is the focus on GRAPE by making champagne cocktails, mixing brandy or fortified wines. We’re also using verjus, early harvested sour GRAPE juice, more sustainable than citrus fruits and we’re making homemade champagne syrup and mulled champagne wine using oxidized champagne. At Kester Thomas, it’s all about the GRAPE!

Feel free to ask for classic cocktails if GRAPE isn’t your thing, we will do our best depending on the ingredients available at the bar! Focusing on hospitality & table service in order to deliver unique experiences, be aware that our service is not included in the prices!
