The particularity of our cocktail creations is the focus on GRAPE by making champagne cocktails and mixing brandy or anything fermented & distilled from grape.

We’re also using verjus, early harvested acidic GRAPE juice, more sustainable than citrus fruits and we’re making our signature homemade champagne syrup and red wine syrup using oxidized champagne & wine.

At Kester Thomas, it’s all about the GRAPE! Feel free to ask for classic cocktails if GRAPE isn’t your thing, we will do our best depending on the ingredients available at the bar!
