The particularity of our cocktail creations is the focus on GRAPE by mixing champagne cocktails or cocktails with different style of brandies and fortified wines.

We’re also using verjus, early harvested sour GRAPE juice, more sustainable than citrus fruits and we’re making champagne syrup and mulled champagne wine using oxidized champagne. At Kester Thomas, it’s all about the GRAPE!

Feel free to ask for classic cocktails if GRAPE isn’t your thing, we will do our best depending on the ingredients available at the bar!
